Ingredients:
- 2 medium Avocados
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Mint Extract
- 1 can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Tahini (or other seed/nut butter)
- 3/4 cup Pascha Chocolate Chips (We used 85% Cacao)
Directions:
- Add avocados, coconut milk, brown sugar, and mint extract to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
- Place frozen cubes into a blender or food processor and blend again until smooth.
- Add in Pascha Chocolate Chips and stir well.
- Place in small mason jars and return to the freezer until it reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy!
