Vegan Berry Chocolate Cups

These Dark Chocolate Fruit Cups are a simple, elegant, and antioxidant-rich treat made with PASCHA 85% Very Dark Chocolate Chips and fresh fruit. Using just a few wholesome ingredients—strawberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds—this no-bake dessert is vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened.

Perfect for parties, healthy snacking, or a bite-sized chocolate fix, these mini treats come together easily in silicone molds and deliver a burst of fruity flavor in every rich, dark chocolate bite. Plus, they’re free from dairy, soy, and the top allergens—just pure, feel-good indulgence.

Ingredients

  • Pascha's 85% Very Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Mini Silicone Cups

Directions

  1. Start by washing and drying all of your fresh fruit. Cut up the strawberries into smaller slices.
  2. Melt 2 cups of Pascha Chocolate 85% Very Dark Chips. (Learn how to temper chocolate dark chocolate here).
  3. Place your silicone cups into a cupcake sheet. 
  4. Pour the melted chocolate into each cup about 2/3 of the way.
  5. Add in one of the fruit options into each cup.
  6. Place the tray into the fridge to let the chocolate set for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
  7. Enjoy!
