Ingredients
- Pascha's 85% Very Dark Chocolate Chips
- Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh Blueberries
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Mini Silicone Cups
Directions
- Start by washing and drying all of your fresh fruit. Cut up the strawberries into smaller slices.
- Melt 2 cups of Pascha Chocolate 85% Very Dark Chips. (Learn how to temper chocolate dark chocolate here).
- Place your silicone cups into a cupcake sheet.
- Pour the melted chocolate into each cup about 2/3 of the way.
- Add in one of the fruit options into each cup.
- Place the tray into the fridge to let the chocolate set for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
